Te Puke No. 1 Map Print
$160.00
Te Puke — the kiwifruit capital of the world, a Bay of Plenty town that built its prosperity on the iconic green fruit and welcomes visitors with open orchards and warm sunshine and plenty of Avocados to boot..
Come and taste Te Puke" (alternatively used as "Stop and taste Te Puke") is a famous, legacy regional tourism slogan for the town. The slogan was originally designed to highlight the town’s booming kiwifruit orchards and horticulture industry. However, it is widely remembered as one of New Zealand's weirdest, cringiest, and most humorous town slogans.
